Can anyone explain why I am not able to log into the books under attack, but yet if I call up customer service they are able to access my acct balance and accept wagers? Meanwhile a neteller payout remains pending until the attack is over? TO sum it up, What are the books NOT able to do while under attack, if you call customer service,payout,or wagering depts?

The DOS ATTACK is affecting the INTERNET, not the call center..

The DOS ATTACK is affecting the INTERNET, not the call center..
As already explained, a dos attack only affects the internet. The local intranet is not affected by a dos attack.
We did have a backup internet connection in place but because of IP checking with Neteller we were not able to access our account until we cleared the new IP's with Neteller today.
All pending Neteller payouts were sent out this afternoon. The dos attacks did not affect WU payouts at all because of our backup internet connection.
We have an alternate website address up and running right now.
Just type in the IP address.
