Greetings. This e-mail is meant to serve to different informative purposes: a) Change on BML's Management, and, b) New decision regarding Payouts and Time Frame.

By January 1st of 2004, BML will be handled by a new Management Team which will hold this company's success in the coming year, and mostly, protecting the customer’s interest by bringing investment that will secure all customers accounts.

Secondly, but not less important, it is our painful duty to announce that all debt acquired until August 31st 2003 is to be redeemed until January 15th of 2004. At this length of events, it has become quite obvious that there is not enough funding to cover customers redemptions according to planned since June of the present year, neither for the strategy planned a one month ago when the extraordinary extension was requested.

Customers will have two choices: a) wait until the date announced for the debts full redemption, or b) have the money deposited back to the account and withdrawn once the conditions make it possible to happen.

BML also understands that we cannot request such grace blindly from customers, nevertheless, there appears to be no other solution to the crisis.

Unfortunately, there will be no room for exceptions since the very success of the plan depends on the austerity performed by our finance handling, and we think it proper to remind you that, if you hold a great interest in the funding owed to you at this point, help us in following the plan. Nothing will help us better at this point than cooperation.

BML will also be releasing reports to all the affected customers to let them know exactly what is the amount owed until this very day. We would also like to state, that it has always been our goal to avoid taking any decisions that would ultimately bring BML SPORTS to close its online doors, everything we have decided to do has no other reason of being but searching for ways to have our customers receive their money. BML is not going anywhere, we do not wish to close down and "run" with our customer's money, that is not who we represent.

I did not even have to read the thread to know that the title was 100% correct. Anybody that plays at this book gets what they deserve. How could you just stumble on this book?

Where do they advertise? Quite a few people seem to end up at this shithole.....I'd gladly badger a few advertisees about "what is right".

I unfortunately stumbled onto this shithole thru an email (probably generated by them) the email featured 3 GREAT SPORTSBOOKS.
2 OF THE BOOKS I DEALT WITH AND HAVE GOOD REPUTATIONS THE OTHER WAS THESE GUYS. WHAT A MISTAKE

Customers have 2 choices ??? Wait to be paid or wait to be paid. Doesnt sound like 2 choices to me.

Amazing...do they know no shame? When we bash CR around here it is because of this crap. So they will just continue to operate and steal and stiff in their office on the 2nd floor of the Equus building in broad freaking day light. Pathetic

they could have saved a lot of words in that email by just saying:

Thank you for Playing at BML this football season. You'll be glad to hear that payouts will be processed the exact same way as last year.

Right on TT! Is Sunday night better than noon to 1pm? I would have thought all the parlays are made during that time.

Also, anyone know what kind of car this dicksmack Jay drives and what kind of jewelry he wears? Somehow I get the feeling he could make a few payouts by selling these items. It would really be nice to see that a-hole get shaken down.

Darryl, I worded that poorly-I meant Sunday (DAY) and then MNF.

These people are pathetic....I called and asked if they were still on the 2nd floor of the Equus building, and the clerk squirmed like hell, and then finally asked me why I was asking.

Why don't the players who have been stiffed pool their money & find a local "collection agent" in CR. I'm sure someone here or MW could get you in contact with someone.

The money is really not important to me anymore. As far as I'm concerned, that's long gone. What IS important, however, is justice. These guys need to be punished for their crimes. A message has to be sent that their kind of theft, cheating and lying is NOT tolerated.

If thugs in Costa Rica work cheap, there should be a big opportunity here. Steal this scumbag Jay's car and jewelry and let the thug keep some of it for himself and donate the rest for players' causes like watchdog sites, good books to fight hackers or whatever.

The sense of justice alone would go far to compensate the victims of the theft. It's like capital punishment for someone who has killed your son. You don't get your son back this way but at least you feel less violated and to some extent you've evened the score.

I am truly and honestly not interested in getting any money back. All I want is justice. The phone jamming is a very good thing with an excellent cost-benefit ratio, but a major repo man type event would be even better.
