Anyone have any contacts for them up there? I need to get a hold of someone other than the avg customer service rep. Also, what is their organization like? Run by good guys?
Echoing the Shrink's comments, they are an excellent shop with originality. Lenny and Drew will bend over backwards to help you and you could not meet finer people anywhere.
