Both Golden Comps and Five Roses have clauses in their T&C regarding "Advantage Players", which may or may not strictly apply to your situation.
However, they can "apply" this rule, if they so choose, without having to prove anything. This looks to be your case.
I am sorry that I could not be of more help, and I do hope you will steer clear of these casinos in the future.
