I am new to this offshore thing, so I need some advice. I sent some money via NETeller to one the "big name" books. I also had a friend of mine sign up at the same time. We were both referred by the same guy and told the book this. We then started to gamble and had some luck and won some money. I tried to get paid via NETeller, and they started to give me the run around. So, I have 2 questions:
1) They said me and my buddy often played both sides of the same games. They said they consider this "working together" and that is illegal. They said they may not honor the bets where we bet both sides of the ganme. Is this right or normal? Can they do that?
2) They said a NETeller payout takes a week to process anyway. Is this right? Does it take that long?
Any help anyone can be here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
