wallstreetcappers, I used to be a craps guy also. Years and years ago when I first started playing online, I played craps as TheSands. I won $5,000 off of $20 on only my 2nd ever deposit online.!! Every number I layed odds on would hit. But, Believe it or not, I lost every bit of it back!
Even though I was a beginner at playing online for money, I had always been an avid video game player, and I'm telling you, I could tell when something changed. It's kind of like the game or software just paused for a sec, like some sort of glitch or resetting, and it was all downhill from there. I notice the same thing with online casino games still to this day. If your a gamer, you notice just small little changes in the sotware as your playing, like some sort of pause, etc., before it starts going bad. These books will deny it till the day the die, but they do have some sort of control over their casinos, even if it may just be different difficulty settings.

I usually would play a patience game..like betting both sides pass/dont and waiting for a bad stretch..then play lightly..but damn it to hell if there would be stretches of 10 no points in a row..
I always tell myself that I will play the dont, but I never do.. It is the best odds in the house in craps to bet the dont, but I sure hate going against the table..
And any software online I have to say is a crock..that includes Party Poker..sorry to say it, but I have spent a ton of time on there and it scares me to see the random generator fail and I get the same deals in Texas hold em so regularly..no way it is legit.
I also love NL 25 on the freebie tables, but stupid idiots go all in every hand so you are really NOT learning Poker playing in the freebies area..you are learning luck..and Poker isnt luck..

I definitely agree JJ........But, they do allow you to win. Now whether this just be random, as in , let's say 20 others played before you, and they all got raked, then maybe your the "random" winner......OR.......What I actually think, is they track each player's winnings & losses, and allow you to win for a while, but as I mentioned above, once you reach whatever amount it is they have somehow decided on, they then crank it up a notch. This is when you have to know when to run.
I think I know a way to beat them. Someone test my theory. As soon as you open an account somewhere, and go play in the casino or card room, you're bound to win more often than not your first few hands. I've noticed this happen to me. That's how they try to reel you in, then the shinnanagins commence. I wonder if the software is rigged to rape you if you place very large wagers on your first few hands, though.
