Took about an hour to get through on live chat, but that was OK cause I could do other things in the meantime. when I finally got someone, it took him forever to figure out that he couldn't help me and I needed to call in. Then I called and got to hear "Your call is valuable to us..." every 30 seconds until I got so pissed off I hung up the phone. And their "on-hold" music sucks horribly!
All this because I wanted to find out where the **** they sent my withdrawl, since it didn't show up where I wanted it to. Of course, they can't make it possible for me to access details of a transaction on the web.
There's got to be a better way!
