It's basically about this guy that went to go and look for his 15k

The money didn't disappear.The corrupt Costa Rican Govt.along with local bankers have frozen assets and falsely
accused an honest businessman. In more than a year they have been unable to bring any evidence
to bear against this man.
Due to the fact that Costa Rica has such a pathetic and archaic judicial system this financier's innocent brother has been detained without charges for over a year and the financier has been forced into hiding by corrupt
politicians and local bankers attempting to squash competition.
If the Costa Rican Government confiscates your accounts with sportbooks, then who has "ran off with the money"??? Since all this "justice" is done with the backroom support of good 'ol Uncle Sam, it won't be long before the honest Books in CR are ****ed,all under the guise of
protecting YOU.

P.S. It's Villalobos not Villabos/ and that guys money will be returned to him when or if
the corrupt Costa Rican Govt.drop their self-serving charges...

I hope they find the money for those people.

But I guess when they do they will hand a list over to the US government so that those folks can pay taxes on the $$.
