On Ken's recommendation I decided to give betpanam a try this football season. Almost everything has been very positive so far - this is a list of the goods and bads ive experienced:
POSITIVES:
I requested a withdrawl (close to 5 figures) and it was handled in minutes. Close to record time. Nice, courteous, helpful, and easy customer service.
Reduced juice. -107 on most events.
Good software with good customer reports.
No major problems so far.
NEGATIVES:
Their lines jump quickly with action. Whenever I bet a dime or more I find that they jump the line - sometimes significantly. I beleive that this is due to their being a new business and their volume is probably not huge yet - and that once they get constant volume this wont be the case.
The only other negative I have is one experience this saturday when I called them at about 11:30 EST because they didnt have the Wisc / NC and the Oh ST / BG games on the board. It was kind of weird because within a minute of my phone call they were there and able to be bet on. It was almost like someone was asleep at the wheel?!?
OVERALL:
EXCELLENT!! I will continue to use them and have a very favorable opinion so far. I would love to see them grow and be successful - because they do things the right way. I will keep everyone informed as I go along with them.
