I just wanted to give the heads up in case anyone did the same thing as me last night or with several games today. As anyone that has played at 5 Dimes knows, they have so many lines it often gets confusing. Last night, I was looking to take the Hawaii-UNLV game over for the first half. The line stated on the left side Hawaii-1st Half -110 and directly under it said over 31 -110. The right side of the wager said Hawaii-1st Half -110 and directly below it said under 31 -110. This looked like the 1st half total to me. I took the over 31 straight and in a 3 team parlay with 2 baseball winners. UNLV scores 10 quick points in the last 3 minutes and I'm a happy camper. Imagine my suprise late last night when I log on to make some Saturday plays and both of these are graded as losers. I called to see where the mistake was and a very nice girl takes the wager #'s and says she will have them looked at. 5 minutes later, I look at the wagers and they now say Hawaii 2nd half/Hawaii 1st half over 31. I call back and am transferred to a guy who says the wager I took was Hawaii over 31 for a team total. I explained the wager I put in and how it was written on the screen. He then said the left side of the wager said Hawaii- 1st half points and below it was over 31 and the right side said Hawaii- 2nd half points and below it under 31. This obviously would be which half would Hawaii score more points in. This still would have been confusing to me as the totals said nothing about Hawaii for the game and were directly below something that said Hawaii-1st half. I insisted it said Hawaii 1st half on both sides. I then checked their lines for Saturday while on the phone with the guy and found 5 other games that said for example Georgia 1st half points on the left with an over total below it and the right side said Georgia 1st half points with an under total below it. He said this was a typo and the lines on the right should say Georgia-2nd half. He admitted I was right but said he'd have to have the supervisor look at them this morning. He pulled the bad and confusing lines off the board immediately. We'll see how it turns out but normally 5 Dimes is a good shop. If you play there and took any 1st half lines for Saturday, you might want to double check them. It's probably not as confusing in todays games as it was last nights game as the 1st half total was 31 and Hawaii's team total was 31. Very confusing but it should work out ok. Good luck!!
