During my years in the offshore bussines I have seen a lot of situations that range from comic to dramatic and weird, some of them I had to solve them myself, others, I sat around and watch my fellow workers dealt with it.
Must of these situations had a common factor: they were management flaw related, and as surprisingly as it may sound, just a bit percentage came from the clerks. With all due respect to owners and bussines men, some times you should take a shot or two, just for the company's sake and prove that you are professionals... or not... this is just a forum after all ... but don't blame the person below you just because you made a mistake and do not have the goddamn common courtesy of at least give an apology.
