One can only hope - the problem with Hurricanes, and I spent 20 years of my life in Dallas, Houston and New Orleans, is that they are unpredictable. If the damn thing stalls out, it will cause massive flooding, worse than just your 'normal' hurricane. The problem is sometimes these things slow down and won't move.

Your point in the other topic about baseball is on point - THAT'S also a big concern.

wouldn't worry too much about Penn State...central PA rarely gets much due to all the mountains...may have to deal with a little rain though.

Blacksburg on Thurs night might be a major disaster though

Jazz,
I was just thinking about posting on this topic and glad to see others were thinking about it also. Could make the UNDER an interesting play especially if they go ahead and play the games in hurricane winds and rain. Usually bad weather is an "equalizer" according to my old high school coach and every other coach I have ever heard talk about it. Maybe it will hit Thursday and move on up the coast quickly...lets hope for the best...but the people in the path of the thing better prepare for the worst.

Jazz or anybody else, did ya'all manage to middle the VTech game tonight?

Not here, but methinks Texas A&M needs the pass to be competitive here and the wind might thwart that. VTech, meanwhile, has that great ground game. I'll lay the 13.
