I called Pinnacle to bet last nights fight. On Don Best they had last nights fight posted De La Hoya -235 Mosley +215. When I called the wagering department because their internet was down the wagering clerk told me the line was De La Hoya -225 Mosley +195. I told the clerk on the phone that on Don Best they had a different line posted. The clerk then proceeded to tell me she didn't know anything about the Don Best screen and the lines she quoted were their lines. This has happened to me on numerous occasions at Pinnacle. Obviously I was going to bet Mosley but I didn't when they quoted me their "NEW" lines. This morning I withdrew all my funds from Pinnacle and will not be wagering there anymore. I'm tired of them not honoring their lines on the Don Best screen. It seems to me that Pinnacle has gotten too big for its britches.
Don Best updates their odds on boxing a little differently than the daily major sports. Someone simply forgot to make a line change on the screen, either on the Don Best side, or the Pinnacle person responsible for giving Don Best updates. This is not uncommon, especially on the OFF sports such as boxing, auto racing, golf, etc.
Pinnacle does not display their internet lines on Don Best...
The lines on Don Best are displayed for their Credit players and are not as favorable as when betting their internet lines...
On the other hand, if you were to have gone to OUR LIVE LINES, we do display Pinnacle's current INTERNET lines and NOT their phone lines...
