a few arrived to me today, all are the same. It's a Class Action Suit against WU and 3 other corps(Orlandi Valuta, First Data and another Orlandi Valuta co.).
After skimming the papers and legal jargon it appears they are going to settle on the charges of "violating Federal and State laws by making misrepresentations about or otherwise failing to disclose to customers the fact that they received more favorable exchange rates from converting US dollars to foreign currency and vice-versa." the defendants are deny all allegations.
my question to anyone familiar with this is...how does this affect my rights in the long run?
