We have encountered a little challenge in getting this profiled correctly. It is part to blame on me, I will accept the fault. Please excuse. We have not wished to mislead anyone if that feeling has struck anyone. I am a little behind on testing correctly and would not like it to go automated with any possible errors that would then create a larger situation.
We have in it's defect taken wagers over the phone for those customers who have called or emailed interested in taking advantage of the promotion. I am positive all would like to jump on to the site and place a bet that way and I apologize for not having that ready, but I would rather explain that then sit with a guy who wagered all his games and got errors because the profiling was not set correctly. Please understand folks I am just avoiding a headache for you and us as well. I promise that this tuesday the system will be in place and players can take advantage of this easier. Thank you.

Now Clev, your saying I am "tight" with these gents could seriously be misunderstood. Maybe I have gotten lucky but these fellows have done nothing but straight business with me since I get on the phone and call a spade a spade. These guys could or could not be crooked as many may think and to call it right, I have had my doubts too. In my case I talked straight and asked for no BS and we have been fine.
Maybe I am naive but I believe you set things straight from the get go and it can't go wrong unless you don't communicate with people. You have called and gotten me on the phone and email also. If things are talked out and I catch a guy on something wrong and resolve it by just saying so and the guy plays with you and respects the agreement made I see it as business. Gamblers are always looking for an edge and it is up to the house to regulate what they can permit a player to do. These guys are just customers and I deal with them personally because that is the way I am, I will always answer a phone since I have nothing to hide. The fact that I love to talk and yack on for a while is evidenced by this long and boring answer.... I would just rather answer on all accounts and clear the air if possible.
