Cool, I will erase it, it isnt alot of money, but i was going ot bet on the Cubs game!


I wouldnt mind him explaining the new bonus policy for the book though if possible. Youi have to wait until you either lose all of your money to receive the bonus or until you rollover you money 3 times. I dont remember that in the past.

What sort of pissed me off last week is because I lost almost all of my balance on 1 baseball game. So I called in and requested the bonus, then the customer service guy tells me that I have like $196.69 in my account. Well I tell him that is pending and he tells me no. Well LO AND BEHOLD< it was pending and of course was a loss so after after 10 minutes of trying to place a bet the wagering department tells me I have no money in the account so I then ask for the bonus which I tried to ask for in the first place.


Well they have to transfer my call back to the idiot who tells me that i have money in my account to get the bonus. Then this BRILLIANT guy tells me that I cant have the bonus yet because i still have $2.25 in my account! That was UNREAL!
 
Players,

I called and they say they will check. Maybe you could call them and they can check your account? As for the new policy, you will find it applies mainly for new clients and we try and be as flexible as we can when it comes to the bonuses. Sorry, I am not my normal helpful self...a little under the weather.

Well I did call in over an houjr ago Jake and theyh said that it would be graded within 10 minutes!

I bet on Warfield under 152 total rushing yards.

He only had 94 yards total. Well I am leaving now, time to get back to work

OK well I know that jake is not here right now, but Jay Leno, would you believe that they STILL have not graded my play despite me calling in 3 tiems this morning and afternoon and each time they tell me 10 more minutes. The last time i called I got transfered to a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, uhhhhhhh!!!!!


He must be in charge of cleaning the bathrooms because he didnt fix the shit in over 4 hours!

Still no grading!


Bonus system sucks too, I may have ot find a new book I think. I mean at least email me and tell me what is going on! I really dont want to call again, but I will call in 10 minutes so that they will have a full 2 hours to grade the plays FROM LAST NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wasnt even a late game either!!!
