I am sorry I could not speak to you earlier today. I was a little tied up. I will start by sayin it is not a Canadian problem. It was a problem with our service provider. I know it was frustrating for you, cuz it was VERY frustrating for me. BUT...GOOD NEWS...they think it will not occur again. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you (and any other posters and players). We are confident that we have resolved the issues and they will not arise again.
