Gotta be France. Great food, excellent wine, beautiful women and great friends who will bail your ass out no matter how much you bury your head in the sand of the beach at Normandy.

No problems with Canada. No taxes on winnings here . Good net connections. No Govt. working overtime to stop net gambling - likely they haven't realized that it is occurring lmao

How about Caymans or other places with no income tax and secret banks? I did hear though internet service there is abominable with outrageous rates and slow speeds. My thinking is the best places are areas where there are few gringos around and little interest in American sports. There you can be free of the clutter of bad or useless opinions, like the ones your friends or associates always insist on giving. Not to mention you might actually have a chance to get things done on Sunday in the fall. Well with the net, maybe not...

WB - For a small time player with a secured income of only $1,000/mo. how would you rate living in Panama, The Dominican Republic and Costa Rica?

The funniest (if you can call it that) is that England is the very closest ally of the US!

Many of us would choose to live there (including OMT)

That country sides with the US on everything but internet gambling to my knowledge.

The question is: Which will happen first:
A. The UK outlaws internet wagering (to be like the US) or
B. The US legalizes internet wagering to be like the UK
C. The US attack England to get thos terrorist bookmakers!

Personally, I feel it is not illegal, just not legal.

The way I see it is we already have too many laws.

I'm going to jaywalk
I'm going to gamble
I'm not going to report a $100 office pool as income

Fuk em' - these laws are stupid.

I guess it's really only potentially a problem for US residents. I have bank accounts in 3 countries, US, Canada and UK, all online. Some European books wire to my UK bank with no charges, which is the best withdrawal method, and I can redeposit from there anywhere. Kinda like I'm in cyberspace!
