I dont know what to make of this book.

I play at 20 books. Betworks is the only book that hasnt posted lines for the WNBA finals.

BUT THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS MY LAST WITHDRAWAL TOOK THREE DAYS FOR THEM TO PROCESS AND IT WAS UNDER $2000.

I REQUESTED ANOTHER WITHDRAWAL 7 HOURS AGO AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED. THEY SAY THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF FUNDING THEIR NETELLER ACCOUNT BUT THE FUNNY THING IS I SUBMITTED MY WITHDRAWAL FROM NETELLERs WEB SITE AND IT WENT THROUGH.

BUT THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THEY DIDNT REPLY TO MY EMAIL TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO PROCESS IT. I DONT LIKE THAT

SO IM WONDERING HOW MANY OF YOU ARE WAITNG JUST LIKE ME? OR MAYBE THEIR REP WHO POSTS HERE CAN ANSWER MY QUESTION.

I DONT WANT TO WAIT THREE ****ING DAYS FOR MY WITHDRAWAL JUST LIKE LAST TIME.

Because of the fall-out from Securebuxx, we have made the decision not to hold large balances with third party payment providers.

Our most important priority is to ensure that we have sufficient unencumbered funds to cover your deposits and any subsequent winnings.

Therefore we will be holding a limited float in Neteller and Prepaid ATM and funding those payment processes as the demand arises. Please do not take it that we have some doubt about these services, it is just the most appropriate thing to do - after all it is your money, not ours.

Even thought our exposure to Securebuxx was minimal, I doubt that any customer will say to us "That's OK, you were holding my money with Securebuxx, you don't have to pay me - I will get it off them."

It is acknowledged that some customers may feel that this is not in their best interests, but at the end of the day, it is the best thing to do - we know with no uncertainty that our bank will be around tomorrow.

Your Neteller withdrawal request will be processed as soon as the funds we sent to Neteller are credited into our merchant account.

I am surprised and disappointed that you believe that you have not had any response to your email. Our email was down for some time yesterday during our changeover of internet service.

This is a valid excuse, but I would hope that if any book is planning to go this route that they make damn sure that the payout process is not severly slowed. Betworks seems like a solid book and one I'd try come NBA time, but if payouts take days, forget it.
