To state that books will be run out of business if they offer bonuses is a ridiculous statement. There are TONS of people who play at books and have no idea how to scam......as well many who do know how simply don't do it. My suggestion to books is to put a max bonus cap such as $200 so that their loses are kep to a minimal by scammers.
