I deposited 1,000 about a year ago and played a bit at the poker room and ended up exactly where i started.(within 20$ or so) The poker room went under about 2 weeks later and now they are starting up a new one connected with prima and microgaming
Craig Levitz (the manager) keeps giving me the blowoff saying he will look into it and take care of it. It's been a freakin year. I call him once a week and it's pissing me off seriously now that they are setting up a NEW poker site and won't even put my balance in their new poker site blaming it on the 3rd party.
Does anyone have a contact above Craig? He won't give me any info and this is a cut and dry case where i deposited, their poker room went under because a third party F'ed them and they refuse to do anything about it.
I would definitely not play poker at their new prima casino since they will screw you if this one goes under!
