First of all why dont these clowns have a 1800 number posted on their website? Secondly, how the hell do you fund your account with them? Do you have to use that Moneybookers thing and if so dosent it take a few days for the transfer from Moneybooker to Pinnacle? This is ridiculous.

I also want a 1800 number for them because I want to see how much they will let me bet on the props for the fight this weekend.

almly,

Pinnacle has requested that we do not post their number here.

You can email them and they will give you a number, but you do not get the reduced Vig the way i understand.

I'm glad Pinnacle discourages people from calling them. Those 800 numbers cost a lot and they would have no choice but to recoup the costs from the players. The efficiency of the internet is the reason they can afford to give such great lines. And although they've been killing me lately, I'm still glad to have them around.

almly- Pinnacle is a solid book but it's kind of an unwritten rule that you can't call them. They like to do things by e-mail which is fine most of the time but there are situations where you need to talk to a live person.

You can bet there by phone but you don't get the reduced vig and there are some sports you can't bet on the phone. I know soccer is one of them but I'm not sure what the others are because it's not posted anywhere in Pinnacle's rules. They're a book that pretty much does what they want to because they're big and they know it.

Solid book but overrated.

I think we can get the presidents phone number to that red phone to make crank phone calls to it before Pinnacle releases there phucking phone number for god and everyone to see it. Do they not make that much money to where they can't pay the nut for the phone bill?

almly i wish i had your problem -- can solve it by betting bigger.

all my dealings with pinnacle have been with the head honcho and he will not deal with emails and will only talk to me over the phone. then he has interuptions every 30 secs authorising bets, changing lines etc.

i send emails to his secretary but he only answers by phone. bummer !! phone calls big waste of time !!

Actually,I tend to believe that the phone is "dangerous",both sides might start claiming various things("I didnt say that","I didnt bet this number"etc)

vg; all phone calls to all off-shores are recorded, you can listen to a "playback" if theres ever a discrepancy.

This stuff with pinnacle is ridiculous. They could staff a few cs people and list a local number so that when their customers absolutely need to speak with someone they would spend their own money and not pinnacles. That way they couldn't use the excuse about the phone costs and still offer reduced vig. Also, if you want to play an A/R or "if wager" you cannot do this over the internet. You MUST call. Why should I be penalized and not get reduced vig because they don't offer the capability of making these wagers over the net. MANY off-shores have the capability of placing these types of wagers on the net.

Since playing with them I've found several errors in their system and attempting to explain via e-mail is truly painful. One is with the way they grade "if win only" bets that are bigger than 2 teams. Another is when you want to play an "action-reverse" they can only enter it as "double-action" in their system. So when you want single action you need to say you want 2 "if-bets" and say them verbally. It almost cost me $1200, played a 2 team A/R single action, they entered it as double action because thats the only way their system would accept it, sure enough, one of the positions was a total and it pushed and the 2 position was a loser. Good thing I caught it in my account. They did change it and put the money back in my account after listening to my bet. They then discovered that their system would only accept double action "action reverses".

Explaining things like this is difficult enough to explain verbally, and follow someones explanation over the phone, via e-mail is nearly impossible.
