I can do instacash deposits through their website without going through Neteller's website... In addition, if by chance I win, I would need to be paid via check or some other form of payment besides Neteller.

I am from maryland so that is why I am asking.

Any body from Maryland using Neteller eventhough they banned us some time ago?

Rather than InstaCash, why don't you try Citadel eChecks at SPORTSBETTING.COM. They aren't banned in Maryland and the money gets credited to your account immediately. Only downside is that you have to wait till the check clears to withdraw.
