Three things I've learned from this thread...

1) Pinnacle has phones?
2) Why the comments about Jews? Is Pinnacle run from Israel or something? I thought all shops were in the Caribbean or the UK or Australia?
3) Pinnacle is a *VERY* popular site here if every short outage is met with a flurry of messages!
