I would like to relate to everyone an incident which happened to me just yesterday ...
I have had an account with a sportsbook called BML Sports (Bring Me Luck) for about 2 years now. Up until yesterday I had made a total of $5500 in deposits, $5000 in withdrawals and my balance stood at $10,400. Basically I just played very selectively, took advantage of their generous bonuses and occasional slow line moves and got a bit lucky to get my balance up to where it was. Sportsbooks don't like me very much because it's hard to make money off of me, but what happened today was the worst "countermeasure" I have ever experienced and the first time any sportsbook or casino ever came out point blank and told me that they were not going to pay me my money. The following was the telephone conversation today between me and their clerk named Adrian as best as I can remember it:
Me: Hi, I was wondering about the status of the withdrawal I was supposed to get back on Dec. 16 (this was about the 10th time I called about this, with stalling tactics given on previous occasions)
Clerk: Your account has been closed...let me find out what the reason is...
(5 minute pause)
Clerk: Sir, I am sorry to say that, after a review of your account, it has been decided that your account represents a risk and so we are permanently closing your account. You will receive $500 which will bring your withdrawals to an equal level with your deposits and that will be your final payment.
Me: What will happen to the rest of the money?
Clerk: I see that you have another $9,900 on your account but because you have been classified as a risk, you will not be eligible to receive that.
Me: So I will never get the $9,900?
Clerk: That is correct.
Me: Can you at least tell me what kind of risk I am and why I was classified like that?
Clerk: I'm sorry but this was a management decision and this is what they told me I have to tell you. I gave you the reason and I can't tell you any more details.
Me: So you guys are going out of business, is that it?
Clerk: No, we are not going out of business, it is only your account and maybe one or two others we have a problem with.
Me: Do they think I was cheating? You know, you can't really cheat in sports betting.
Clerk: No, it's not about cheating, it's just that your account is a risk.
Me: What do you think about this personally? Does it not bother you that your bosses are simply stealing my money? What would you think if someone did this to you?
Clerk: I don't agree with it either, but the sailors don't have much say in what the captain does.
Me: OK, well thanks anyway for being open about it. I don't know what I am going to do next but I am not going to leave it at that, that's for sure.
Clerk: You're welcome.
I think that I probably have no way to ever get my money, but it would give me some satisfaction to expose their practices so that others won’t make the same mistake I did. These guys are all out crooks and I advise every decent watchdog site to expose their rogue ways, every decent ratings agency to consider stripping them of any awards, and every decent sportsbook to consider removing any affiliation with BML Sports for risk of being lumped into the same unfortunate category.

The reason I posted on a poker forum is that its readership consists of a large pool of sophisticated gamblers and intelligent people as you will quickly be able to tell from browsing the forum and doing a search on various names.
I welcome any two way discussion with BML Sports management, with or without moderation, but I find it highly unlikely that they will talk to me given what they have done.
