Well the show I watched said it had to do with people stealing chips from others at a craps table..

they take chips off the rail of the craps table

Anybody see any of this stuff happening while we were at Vegas? I had seen numerous shows about people getting ripped-off whil eplaying slots and craps...etc...so I was a little paranoid....lol

mlb scouts are called railbirds or birddogs, also surf trains by hanging on to train outside on the rail and then jump into the river.
