Question for West Coasters

It's 12:30 here. Games kicked off at 11:00. Prob around 9:00 on West Coast. Hard for me to get motivated about wagering or watching at 11:00.

How is it to try and get in the groove at 9:00 AM?

I think its great. Wake up and the games are about to begin. Sunday morning, get up read the paper, make your plays, turn the TV on at 10:00 and watch football. I don't like the east coast because you have to wait until 1:00 for the first game to start.

How can you Eastys wait until 1pm on Sundays for kickoff and Noon on Saturday ?

I love getting up early on the weekends and waiting for wifey to bring me breakfast while I pip the morning action.

General I get up at 5am on gameday
Saturday.I feel like the proverbial mouse in the cheese factory. I dont imbibe alcohol, and I feel great at that time.

100% agree with chuckie. you wake up and the games are about to begin - as opposed to the (l)east coast. in 1991 when i worked at espn i NEVER got used to football starting @ 1P.

the great thing is the espn sunday might or monday night games start at a reasonable hour and i can watch the whole thing and still get to bed and get plenty of sleep - as opposed to only watching about 1/2 the game on the (l)east coast.
