I just asked the same question to betpanam yesterday and they have told me that they will have a non US based solution in 30-60 days for transferring money to the sportsbook. For now its a solution to get funds to you.
Looks like this means of banking will field alot of questions in the near future. Lets hope it produces a very effective way of transferring funds to and from.
From what I heard it will be evolving into being able to send money to the book in the near future...So if your going to get one might as well have them send you one so you have it when that part of it works
