All books state that you must be 18 or 21 years old to gamble on their site but HOW do they verify it?

(how do they really know if your not a 13 year old terrorist trying to laundry money?)

That's the only way my friend:

"They ONLY verify my age when I want payouts, and I have to fax them my I.D. and a utility bill etc."

If you have a kiddo voice they'll ask you: "Are you old enough to gamble" and if you say yes they will believe you

I don't know of any 12 year olds that can send and receive western union. I don't think they would pass through Neteller's security either.

Credit cards have been blocked for years. No one uses them anymore.

Gringo, what world are you living in with "Credit cards have been blocked for years. No one uses them anymore."

There are many companies that still use cc by having uncoded accounts. That means MC and VISA can't detect that they are a gambling company.

Well the person to ask is Crazy Ivan! HE managed to evade everyone for a few years while not old enough to bet! And I mean younger than 18

Truth, you can code the transactions all day long. You still can't process them. Name the books that still process cards directly.

Gringo, uncoded means when the transaction is processed, the banks don't seem them as a gaming transaction. It's seen an a purchase on Ebay or something like that so it is processed.

I implemented several non coded merchants the last week for books. I wouldn't name any of them. I wouldn't want them to lose their uncoded accounts.

According to the poll so far over 60% have NEVER been asked to furnish a faxed ID.

Does this mean that there ARE NOT many winners here at the Rx?

I don't think much can be figured from this. When I first started maybe 5 years ago, credit cards were used and they figured probably one had to be 18 to have a credit card. Next came PayPal an Neteller--so if the funds were released back that way, one was of age. So Basically, I don't think they asked. They have a disclaimer about the age on most websites-(I think). Not one time did ANY book ever ask me for a faxed ID and/or Utility to process my payout. But that may be the wave of the future as I notice that Bet PanAm says they MAY require it. So I decided they were ano go.

Oldmantime - I think the books need to show they have some mechanism in place to confirm they are paying out to an adult and NOT a teenager.
