Ok guys, you watch the MLB board and you see that their has been scoring in the 1st inning of several straight MLB games. Time for a game to go scoreless in the 1st. You have to have one of those days where the games are staggard enough to get in on the next action.

Today, the 1st inning produced scores in 4 of 1st 5 games, the 6th game Arizona/SD. Bet the no score. Its a "due" bet.

Now, if 2-3 games would have started at 5:05, then it would not be worth the risk IMO.

Take it for what it's worth.

Good luck

general,

Due does NOT exist over such a small sample of games. 10, 20 or even 200 games is not enough to say something is due. Things only even out after thousands and thousands of games. You can get 74 heads out of 86 flips of a coin, and your next flip will be EXACTLY 50-50 for heads to pop up.

fat boy is partly right, they are independant events, sample size is irrelevant.

wait a sec here general. Are you saying that just because there were runs scored in 1st inning today in 4 of 5 games and that it has been a bit hot, that it is due to not score in 1st today because of what happened in other games that had nothing to do with the ones you will bet?

I'll tell you what.. if Spiro tells me that I am wrong to my face and that it is due, I will NETeller you 200 bucks.. How's that.. NO WAY are you right kid..

I do not want your 2 dollars. Like I said take it for what it's worth.

If I see even 3 games in bases with a score in the 1st consecutive, then I will wager the next to be no score, probably realizing I will have a single game next to get on as well.

That's all Im saying and it has been pretty consistent. Now that one doesn't hit, i play the next if it is consecutive.

Some like it some don't.

Do with the info what you like.

A problem would have arised had Ari not won, cause the next games all start @ 7:05. At that point, no betting.

Good luck

This is just awful, horrible advice. You are the type of player Vegas was built on.

Due?

You have to be joking. Please tell
me the books paid you to say that and that
you are not that stupid.

If the stagger is set right in the games. you cannot do well when the majority are starting at once. Hard to explain to you guys, but it has worked well for me.

Sorry you cannot get the drift.

Question.

If i tell you no team will cover or not cover for 6 straight games in football, how would you play that?

Come on Genny, it's totally irrelevant what has happened in the out of town games. What does that have to do with your game sir? That's like saying you are playing roulette on one table, and look over the other table and see 3 reds happened in a row on the table 23 feet from you. Are you now going to bet black because of this? Of course not. What is the difference here general?? Come on genny, other games have nothing to do with your game. They are totally unrelated sir.

I find it crazy and funny at the same time when you hear your buddies telling you that 80% the next flip will be heads because the last 3 flips in a row were tails. lol.. People just don't seem to get it that even if your last 17 flips in a row were tails, that your odds of your next flip being heads is not 87%, and in fact EXACTLY 50-50 still. What happened in the past flips has no bearing whatsoever on what will occur next. The past is the past.

General,

I really wasn't taking any shots at you sir here, or making fun of you by no means.. Sorry if i offended you.. I wasn't talking about you regarding the flips of coins and all and the due thing. But trust me General, i used to think exactly like you regarding the due theory in my younger days, and it really did bankrupt me and put me in a payment plan with my bookie.. I used to see a team lose 7 straight and just drool saying, man, they are due to win now, and not all the time did it work.. It works sometimes, but when it does come in, believe me, it's just coincidence. Take care kid..

There is a difference between inanimate objects like coins and roulette balls and human beings or teams made up of human beings. Naturally a coin has no memory if it was flipped and came up tails 14 times in a row. On the other hand take an 88% free throw shooter in the NBA who has just missed 5 free throws in a row. You can bet you rear he will concentrate and try harder to make that 6th free throw. Same thing goes for a good team on a losing streak, they will try harder to break a losing streak. It is human nature to try harder not to fail. So in that sense, you can say a team is due to win, or a guy is due to sink a free throw. Actually winning, or sinking the free throw, is another story. IMHO.
