A friend called me today and asked me where he should send money to fund a new account. He is a smaller player that wants to send $500. He wants the best deal he can get, but he wants to know his money is safe.

With all the specials and promotions, I was not sure what to tell him. So I figured I would post this and let the experts help and call him back. Thanks for your responses in advance.

Thanks sick. Is that for the bonus or for the safety? I forgot to mention he usually plays $50-100, some parlays and teasers.

Pinnacle is good. I use Olympic, Carib and Sports Interaction (SIA...they get a lot of flak for customer service but they do pay quickly) to name a few.

I'd feel comfortable putting any amount of money in Olympic and Carib but I think SIA is more geared to the small player than anything else. As for bonuses check the link above.

Talk him into sending a nickle to both Pinny and the Greek. Both great in different areas.

P I N N A C L E but do not suggest leaving a balance of over 7 figures.

reminds me of a story where an a/c is opened with a book -- maybe because of bonuses and sloppy lines -- for 5k. the book had a limit of 1k / game.

a few months later the balance is 70k but when the boss notices and tries to make a withdraal the book stiffs them.

does seem pretty stupid yeah !!

Check out SKYBOOK!

Sending $500 will get him a free half point on every football and basketball game and will also receive a 10% bonus on his deposit. THIS WILL ALSO QUALIFY HIM FOR THE $50,000 contest that they sponsor here at the RX.

Thanks Slash (get it Strut/fish). I think he is going to go with your suggestion. I told him about the free 1/2 point and he agreed, that could be worth more than an extra $50. (20% instead of %10 of $500). Anyway, thanks to everyone for their suggestions. Thats what makes this such a great place.
