I think they call this creative advertising, lets face it, its not very creative! But unless we have facts to support that they are "crooks", have stolen money, then one can't call them " crooks"! Having employees from GCS does not make them "crooks" either, more likely just bad businessmen!
The good sportbooks know in the long run honesty, good CS and offering fair lines, not 20 cent bases, is the way to establish a good book. These big books, Oly, Sportsbook.com, that deal the 20 cent lines and treat customers like cattle will pay the price in the long run!
Another trend I abhor is these books that throw elaborate parties and give away huge prizes versus dealing fair lines and taking care of all their customers, they hide crappy CS serivice behind the parties and the one and a million prize winnings!
