Is MSN messanger and hotmail down for everyone?

MSN messenger won't work for me and either will my hotmail account. Is their website down for everyone?

Curious if anyone can get in.

Both suck so who cares??

Works fine here (I use Trillian and my Messenger contacts are showing up fine).

I could access both from CT last night, but I haven't been able to get in from a NYC ISP for over 24 ours.
