web enabled cell phones/pda's and offshore book sites

I'm about to purchase a new cell phone and I was wondering if anyone has a particular phone or service that they would recommend. I think I read somewhere that some of the web enabled phones can't display most or all of the sportsbook sites. Can someone enlighten me or point me in the right direction for info on this matter?

i have used the intertops wap software by phone, and its pretty clunky, you're better off calling in the bet if you have your phone withyou anyway.
