Has to be Arizona-Detroit. Hard to come up with an opinion on this game. Lions won't have James Stewart, and Cards won't have two of their best defensive players, Duane Starks and Kyle Vanden Bosch.

Games between crappy teams are the hardest to handicap. Best to stay away.

It's a game I certainly won't bet or recommend. But sometimes you're asked to give an opinion on each NFL game.
Normally when two bad teams meet the inclination is to go with the 'dog. I really think, though, the Cards could be the worst team in the NFL by far. Starks and Vanden Bosch may have been their two best defensive players.

I would have to go with Det. They'll be fired up with the new coach and Det will certainly be able to pass against AZ.

QUOTE.........."games betwee crappy teams are hardest to handicap"

this may very well be true..........but its the games that seem "easy" to handicap............that tend to make the books week a winning one..

I see Kettles South hasn't changed. We stopped in there for lunch last Saturday before the Rams/Bills pre-season game. Gotta love those buffalo wings!

Ya gotta agree with the consenses here! With a nice slate of other games, why even look at these teams and this match-up. If your a fan of one or the other (team), and want an opinion on who may win - that's cool. But this is a game to steer clear of from a wagering angle. Just an opinion. Good Luck this season.

I believe the best bet is in the Detroit game, but its the UNDER boys. Two inept offense vs two decent defenses( especially against inept offense) MVPsportsbook had under 39.5.
That's folk gift in a picnic basket

Petyos, I was thinking the same thing as I read this enitre thread and was going to post what you did, lol.. Glad someone else is with me on this 1, it should be at 36.5-37.

Harrington, can't wait to goto a Bills game once again, I been in CO for the past 4 years and now I'm back home! Broncos this, Broncos that, go suck a donkey dick Brian BUMB Greiseball.

CO fans are all ban wagon fans, they are so fake!

Hope no one takes that last comment to heart..

Joey Harrington is the real deal.
Arizona is the true fade.

Nice spot for Det, but I much rather perfer Joey/Det as a dog.

I like it over.

Going to Buff for the opener. Lotta miles, hoping for a good game. Belichek owns Bledsoe in a bad way.

Toughest game is Atlanta-Dallas and Chicago-SF. Still wondering why line is so low, all depends on Garcia's back.

I do love the Lions to spank Arizona. Shawn Bryson is a capable replacement for Stewart and the Lions have been a good home team in the past.

Detroit is 7-7 SU & 4-10 ATS as a home favorite the last five years.

Petyos, two decent defenses

I was under the impression that defense was their weakness, plus they are both going into the game with defensive injuries at DL & CB. Sounds like a recipe for points.

Lou: I know they are but they have a new attitude, someone who can coach, and someone who can play qb. I like trends as much as the next person, but I believe the Lions may shock some people this year (and I'm a Bears fan). Lions always had a great home advantage the few times they have been successful the past 20 years.
