Hey Guys,

With all this talk lately of different books not being loyal to their customers..I only thought it was right to give another nod to Rio...I have been with them for a little over 2 years now and I have never once encountered a problem with them that has gone unresolved in a timely, VERY courteous manner. I mainly deal with Mike and Dave from their internet department.
I have to admit that I am not the best gambler in the world, so perhaps thats why they are so nice..lol...But I have yet to have a question go unanswered by either of them, or have a question escalated to their management upon request. They have bent over backwards for me in every instance and ALWAYS listen to any trouble I may have. Their customer service overall is great and I never feel like I am getting the run around. I place wagers almost on a daily basis and after 700+ days without incident...they are OK in my book

I PLAYED AT RIO AND I LIKED THEM THEN I FOUND OUT THAT THE SHRINK IS PART OWNER,THEN I REMEMBERED WHAT RAILBIRD SAID A LONG TIME AGO.
(I AM SICK AND TIRED OF SENDING MY MONEY OUT TO JEWS LIVING IN COSTA RICA IT HAS BECOME THE MIAMI OF SOUTH AMERICA) SINCE RAILBIRD SAID THIS I ALWAYS ASK ANY SPORTSBOOK I SIGN UP WITH DO YOU HAVE JEW OWNERS (99% SAY WHAT DID YOU SAY THEN I JUST SAY NOTHING HOW MUCH BONUS MONEY ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE ME>

Having been with a large array of books....I can say I have never encountered better customer service than the RIO/SKYBOOK group.

Hey Rio,

When are you going to post the payoff odds on parlays and teasers on your site? I opened an account there just to find out and I still can't get the info. Football season is already here, what are you guys waiting for? Horseshoe, Squeezer, Tempter and Torture. What the hell are they and what are the payoffs?

When did you add the ability to buy on the MLB totals? Is this new? or am I just a little slow like Dennis & this was always there?

Rio are you guys going to change your shitty money lines in football(worst on the whole donbest).Every body uses -380 comeback +320 and you guys -400 +300 pretty shitty spread,will you change this year?
