There's no other solution kid, this HAD to be a scalp of some sort, or just dumping action for him and his friends. Nobody bets 80x their avg bet, unless they're crazy. That's how people go broke. But I am sure this kid found great numbers on the other side with numerous books and just scalped it, OR, he was dumping out some action and bearding for 5 or 6 high rollers who loved Man U at that price. I think the latter seems more reasonable.

I call into question your claim that this was 80 times his average bet. According to WSEX's info, the guy only bet two other soccer games. One game, he bet in 500 increments and WSEX was awake-at-the-switch and moved the line. He stopped after the second move and made only two bets. YOU do not know how much more he would have bet if the line hadn't moved. So, you do NOT know his average soccer bet.
Second, we have not been told Revere's average bet side on other sports. If he has bet 10 or 20 dimes on events in the past, then it appears that he likes to get down "as much as he can".
My point here is that without a FULL disclosure of his betting history, you cannot make any MEANINGFUL statements regarding his "average bet size".

even if the +120 was part of a 3 way line it is equivalent to Asian Handicap @ - 1/2.
hence he could bet on newcastle + 1/2 with sundry asian books plus pinnacle at something like - 110 by the start of game.
