With all the recent talk about scammers, it reminded me of something I have seen a couple of times in the "terms & conditions" of certain sites. I have seen at some places that Dutch citizens are not entitled to a bonus. Sometimes they don't get a bonus point blank, or the rollover is much higher. What is the reason?
