SOLUTION FOR THE WSEX/REVERE14 problem

Well since no one else has come up with ANYTHING even close to fair as my proposal, here is my proposal again. Everyone else around here wants to bitch about the problem and not give a solution. Here is a solution which is fair to ALL parties!

I posted it in the other thread, but no one will read it there.

There are 2 important factors that are not mentioned below that I need to mention here first. Well WSEX does NOT HAVE LIMITS ON SOCCER BETS! But you must realize also that the line would need to change somewhat!

Below is a few posts that I made in the other thread, although strangely i can t find all of htem, so here is the solution with some of hte reasoning

One thing about this that no one is talking about is why in the world would anyone ever want to place another bet at this book! Most people seem to be real pissed at the book and want the book to pay the player.

Well NEWSFLASH!!!! You are a dumbass in my opinion FOR ANYONE to ever place another bet at this book!


The player obviously tried to take advantage of the book! But then the book pulled the same shit 1000 times over! The player basically took an underdog near pickem to win the same amount of money. The book was risking $600 or so to win $40,000!!!

Why ANYONE would play with this book in the future after they did this shit is BEYOND ME!!!

Even if they do the right thing and pay this player, then they are not to be trusted if you ask me! We ALL KNOW that they would not have refunded even 1 penny if the game loses!

Likewise, had the player lost and they didnt refund the bets, then the player has NO OPTIONS as well! But when the book doesnt cancel the bet within AT LEAST the first 5 minutes of a game, then they should NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL THE BET AT A LATER TIME!

They are basically just RAPING THE PLAYER!!!! I am sure that these guys were drinking beer and partying while checking out the score for they really had nothing to lose!


I will NEVER play at the book, and can NEVER recommend anyone ever touch it again

I forgot to add one factor that will help WSEX a bit if I were the JUDGE or mediator here. The player claims wins of around $47,000 at +120.

Well any JUDGE in America wouldnt give him that figure! But he is due at least $5,000 at +120, then maybe $5,000 at +110 and $5000 at even and $5000 at -110 and $5000 at -120 and so forth.

I didnt figure all of this out using a calculator, but I would give him a VERY FAIR settlement of $34,500 and everything is OK.

Well not the full amount since the player OBVIOUSLY knew that the liens should have changed since he has admitted that in the past the lines would change. He wants $47,000,

MY JUDGEMENT IS FOR THE PLAINTIFF IN THE AMOUNT OF $34,500, with reasons explained in the above post

He does not deserve all of it since he KNOWS that the line should have changed and I think that he will agree that this amount will be fine by him!

OH yes, I forgot to include court cost!!! I am billing court cost in the amount of $500 for my billable 1/2 hour reading this thread to WSEX as well!!

KEEP IN MIND that the book DOES NOT have limits on soccer games, FIRST AND FORMOST!! Now they do limit each bet to $500 so the odds would have time to change and i have accounted for that above!

Players- OK you can have a free $500 dollar account at WSEX for your legal fees. If you play your cards right you can probably get oldfriend to get you a 20% bonus.

Seems fair to me, but I think the real dilema for WSex is the fact that they should have to refund every lost wager that has ever gone over their posted limit if they don't in fact pay all of the 40k.

Regardless how this will end up, WSEX will still remain in the top three as far as integrity goes. This would probably be the only place where I would leave all my money and not worried about getting burned.
I find it funny how most of these disputes with books always involve some shady dealings, and than those guys are shocked that the books sometimes rule in their own best interest.
Remember people books dont have to show beyond reasonable doubt. Reasonable doubt is more than enough.
There was intent to cheat or circumvent in SG's case, in Beantown's case, in Iwindordie's case and in this recent case as well.
As far as I am concerned these guys knew they were playing with fire, so they shouldnt be shocked WHEN they get burned

Can we get a list of players who have had over the limit bets canceled along with bet ID #'s?? Now that will be interesting to see how they only pay out 1 winning bet, but will accept 1 million over the limit losing bets!!!

It is no wonder how these books are making money! This is free money to them, with nothing ot lose!

OK so maybe no one liked my idea afterall! But it still is a valid solution since it is OBVIOUS that wsex would have kept 100% of this guys money had he lost!


I am also sure that they knew of the neteller discrepency as well prior to Sunday morning!


They need to pay back 100% of all players who lost plays over the limit of $500 IN ANY SPORT!!!! Until that happens, then this book is a joke in my book

Do you read or do you just like to post? WSEX take more then 500 at an ajusted price.

Example: Revere twice before made a play for a dime, a nickle at one price anothe nickle at an ajusted price

I understand you do not receive kickbacks from WSEX but lets get the facts straight

I understand that, but the time before the software adjusted the price BEFORE THE GAME! I am sure that he would not have bet so much money had he received a line of about -130 or so!

Heck, I only bet the draw in soccer myself and do pretty well at it. He took a pretty big shot here on a side.


I MIGHT SLIGHTLY change my mind if it is PROVEN that he used neteller money that is TOTALLY fraudulent. This would not count money laundering in my view since it is a pretty shitty investment for that sum of money in my view
