My Proposal to WSEX

You have my money so inevitably you have the final say on how you want to handle this. I do not want a mediator. I just want what is fair to all parties involved.

My Requests:

1. Update your rules to clarify the limits per sport and/or per bet explicitly.

2. Hire someone to monitor your lines 24/7 or fix your software to correctly adjust for the amount of exposure you are willing to accept at a given price.

3. Be 100% honest and tell me and everyone in this forum exactly how the bets would have been graded if they had lost.

4. Take the amount you would have deducted from my account had the bets lost and pay me on that at +120. I want to be paid on the total amount I had at risk at the fair price I was offered. When I say AT RISK that is what I mean. If I was only risking $500 that is all I want to be paid based on. If I placed the bets at +120 that is what I want to be paid based on as well.

If you don’t want my action at your book because you think I am too sharp I can accept that. If you want to limit my wager amounts, I can accept that also. I may not like it but that is your decision as the book.

I would hate to have to do that because it is NOT my style...

WSEX will HONOR the bets but unless you contact one of us ASAP, it will not be to you...

I am definitely not a thief, not embarrassed, and never thought that I was defending an "honest" player. However, I did consider the facts presented and IMO WSEX should have to honor the bet. Nothing more than that!

Congratulations Revere on one hell of a classy attitude and offer.

This is really the only solution and you hit it on the head.

Only Steve knows what the truth is on question number 4 and you are challenging him to be honest with himself. Anyone who has been on this planet a while knows that it is in Steve's interest to be totally truthful because he is going to have to look himself in the mirror for years to come.

The fairest solution is the one which retroactively gave you a line of exactly +120, not + a zillion or - a zillion or anything in between. And only Steve knows what that amount is.

And your other comments are also in everyone's interest since they serve to improve the site.

It's amazing to me that someone can be so dumb to get into such a situation in the first place yet come up with such a brilliant proposal to get out of it.
