Question for all: How many of you have many accounts whose phone numbers are not updated to your # now?

i opened many accounts in the past, and OF COURSE, many of them have incorrect phone and email numbers. is this unusual?

HELL NO!!!

i do not waste my time updating all of my accounts because you do not expect a book to steal $40k!!!

IDENTITY, I have been betting with WSEX for years. I have seen Steve the owner bend over backwards for the player. He would not have kept the money. You are assuming that Steve is a crook. WSEX is an honorable sportsbook with integrity.

Most of my book accounts have my old address and old phone number but i know the person who is at both so i just leave it like that so i dont get assholes from betmega or something trying to get me to top up

Great points (and irony since your handle is 'identity').

What if the sportsbook entered a player's email address into the database incorrectly? You would be suprised by how many different ways a customer service clerk spells "hotmail". Often players give only one number (home, work or cell) and don't want calls going to their wives or offices.
I don't think that many (any) of the sportbook programs display player contact information for the player to confirm his data. (This may be a security precaution.)

I assure most all of my accounts do not have the right email, but I have never had a problem.

And i do not like to give my phone number to books either.
