Other than choking off the $$ supply, which can be circumvented is there any way "THEY" can currently track internet traffic offshore? I see lots of heat coming down!

Don`t they have countries to invade or something? Yeah I know they CAN but do they have the will? Probably! I WILL NEVER go w/a local again. We have 40 Indian casinos here and a state lottery. And our budget is in the shitter, no tax on the gaming and chasing us. Am I missing something here? If as the "Doomsayers" predict and the Net is knocked out, Pinnacle would have to restructure their whole SB. I`m heading for Sparks!

What are you all talking about? We certaintly are NOT like drug users. I just heard Tony (the Blast Man) Mercurio on a local radio sports station 1610, advertizing to sign up with a great book. (TC Bets). Hell, I've never even heard any announcer on the radio, tell me where to go to buy a joint. But I haven't looked for for in over 35 years and besides I never inhaled. Maybe, I just haven't been listening. What radio station was that lander which you posted a link to? I could not make any sense of it. But- then I'm jus a big dummy.

lander. R U sure that's not some violation of the Pat. Act? Why, I heard that they are trying to add an admentment to that act, which would require ALL citizens of the US (natural or otherwise) to wear a small sign tatooed on the forehead, spelling their name and social security #. They say it would be very small lettering and no-one would mind that in the name of protecting our freedom!

I have not read of any Acts that prohibit me from say ...

making a secure (encrypted) connection to a SSHD server and having my HTTP port 80 requests (my broser) redirect to my local SSH client which in turn sends my HTTP request to the SSHD server (in say Costa Rica

) which inturns has a local (private) proxy that pulls the requested URL, and sends it back to me securely (encrypted) ...

now what exactly you do with it may be frowned upon, but I'm a good American and would never do anything evil (like say jeopardizing the youth of America with by horrible online wager)

I don't know about all those fancy letters you used. I'm sure that must be a violation of SOMETHING. Oh well, I hope it works for you ok. By the time I would learn how to use it, it would become obsolete anyway.
Damn, I have to really stop and think sometimes. Is the the same USA, that I grew up in. What happened here? Where did the love go.

All the "letters" I gave you are acronyms for protocols (like FTP, HTTP, etc ...)

There are VERY standard technologies.

I harken back to an earlier time when you and I and a few others were in daily pitched battles re. another matter far far away. W/the likes of FF & O&U. Is it per chance a time for an "I told you so"? Mr. Asscroft and his beloved P Act have come full circle. I find it ironic that the RW goofies i.e. Limburger, ORatly, and the Bitch of Bradcasting AC, whined for yrs about the dems. and too much government, well if this isn`t a prime example of Govt. control I don`t know what is. I swore I wouldn`t get started again, as RR used to say "now there you go". (As far as AC goes I would like to do her tho). BTW did you see the result yesterday re. FOX`s lawsuit against Franken?
