Took advantage of the 50% bonus at MVP last night and I'd like to say they have some awesome customer service people at this book. I had a small problem when making a neteller deposit and the folks over there were very helpful and friendly to deal with. The problem was resolved very quickly and in a timely fashion. With all the book bashing that seems to go on in these forums I thought I would share a positive first impression with everyone. This place seems like they really have their shit together.
Guess you & I are now officially "Bonus Whores", as I too took the 250, hard to pass up. Yeah the 1st day was a little rough but as you say they worked their ass off and followed up on all emails. Going very well now and their site is easy to navigate. Stan, Jonny, and Al are all great! LOL
