Pardon my ignorance here, I aint no expert in kids swinging bats, but if the knockout rule (up 10 after 4 innings) does exist, then how the hell do you grade a total if the KO rule comes into effect???

Rail releases plays after the game because you clowns would hammer the line down if he gave them to you earlier. He is not dumb. There are only a very few select players that get them on his private network.
