Donny moves back to Europe after 18 years in Canada and 4 years at Rx

Moving back to Italy with my wife and our kid later this week. I was 20 when I came here, and I'm 38 now. We just felt like it was just about time to go back home and raise our kid where we were raised. God knows, maybe one day we will come back here once again.

So, as we are starting a new life out there, I will be out of gambling, and out of this site in the future. But I will probably come by to say hello from time to time, when I get a chance to do so.

These last 4 years at rx have been great, and even thaugh I wasn't able to be at the Vegas Party a few days ago, I stil feel like I know some people here very well, and would do anything I can to help some of you guys.

My uncle owns a shoe store in Naples and I was born nearby (Avellino).

Only lived there till I was two years old so I have no clue what the place looks like today but I hear the women are hot.

gp, you will be missed, but i don't understand, is there no internet in italy? are you moving to a farm in the country, miles away from civilization and thus only able to 'come by the site once in while'?

naples is as beautifull as it has always been. spent a few days there last winter, but had no time to look at their women

going back home after so many years brings back a lot of memories, but i think i will miss canada for a long time. afterall, i was only a kid who only dreamed to play in Seria A back then when I lived in Italy. Best of luck to you guys.

mjred : the thing is, i will be living at my brothers place for several weeks, or months, until we buy ourselves a house. then again, i will be working a lot more, and i will not have any american sports chanels, and i'm pretty damn sure that my gambling passion will go away for good as the time goes on. the internet access will not be a problem, but i will have a very little free time. anyways, whenever i find some time, rx will be the first site to go to.

Seriously, Don, I've always had a huge amount of respect for your capping abillity and witty humor, you really did a great job of seperating the two. Anyone that's been on this site for atleast a month knows your a true sharp player and your gonna be missed big time.

I have to congratulate on your decision to move back to where you grew up and share these feeling with your children, it should be awesome!

Anyway, thanks for the laughs and the picks and I hope your not a stranger.

Good luck Don!

As someone who has spent his whole forum life, and gambling life in foreign countries, I know what the urge is like to return home (U.S. for me).

I am hoping to finally make it home in a couple months as well.

BTW Don, my family is originally from Italy as well.
Hopefully I can visit there someday.
