After going to my second 7-11, looking to quench my thirst with a Slurpee, and finding the machine "Out of Order" i was a bit peeved. I asked the cashier if every slurpee machine in america is busted? Her reply was YES, all Slurpee machines in the US and Canada are out right now, as they are all tied in to a computer and something is wrong! I have to believe it was just a smart-ass cashier, but i was floored.

yeah, i saw on yahoo news. all the slurpee machines down due to an "aftershock" of the power grid debacle last week.
