To answer your question, no, I don't feel safe with large amounts of my money offshore, but don't sweat a couple of dimes spread around at 3 or 4 trusted shops.
The tightening up of overseas transfers has me skeptical about the future of the offshore biz, but in the long run will only add to my illgotten gains as a self-employed mule. (for stand up guys only)
