that would have been my first choice too, until recently, i think some of them must be on vacation or something before foots get started...i have had technical problems with my account for a week now, that have not been fixed, and finally i even emailed them explaining what was wrong 3 days ago, never got an answer.....

was never like that before, so i am not sure....still a very good book i think, but that has dissapointed me.....

i have been playing at g.a. now, and i think Fred is great with customer service.....they seem to really care about your business....

i agree with all your picks as well. with sportbet, all my dealings have been with melina and jake, so to me, cs there has been very good.

I tried so hard to stay out of this, as I have done when you have taken your cheap shots in the past...but I just cannot. Tell me, those 175 other books, are those the ones that pay for advertising deals based on net losses of the clients? I thought your site did not take $$ from books...yet I can name you 10 books who do pay you, including one of the most well-known and respected books.

Perhaps your comments are based on your enormous personal knowledge of our CS....no, that can't be, as you have never played here. See, RPM plays with us...as do quite a few posters here. I am constantly hearing from satisfied PLAYERS who continuously compliment our CS...including 3 solid emails yesterday. These are actual players. People who interact with our company on a daily basis. They are new clients who are satisfied with our service. THEY are the people whose feedback has validity....unlike yours. You are paid to endorse books. You might not charge a fee the way the RX does...but you collect on what the people you send to those books lose. FACT.

I apologize for the rant, and I assure you I tried to stay out of it. However, my CS Department has taken a lot of flack and they have responded to the pressure. We are training to improve on a daily basis, and lately we have seen that it is really paying off. They work too hard to let some biased poster, who bases his comments on HERESAY, continuously bash them. So I am here, standing up for me, my companies, and my CS Department and letting you all know the truth.

Jake, good luck this season. If you have the best cs then congrats, it just started recently. If you are not aware of past problems, then check the archives using the search function.

One book I think we can expect good cs from is bet Jamaica.

I really can't say that any book which I played with had bad customer service. I've only played with 5 or 6. If I absolutely had to single one out it would be Carib. (Simply because they answer emails in an instant.)

But I will say this the first book to create their own debit card or whatever it would be called to pay and get paid if Congress takes away Neteller in a few weeks will very easily become No1 in the industry in very short order! (Book-it-Danno.)

Buzzsaw - I agree. Scotty J is one of the BEST customer service managers in the industry and many other books have followed his lead and his style over the years.

They are definitely in the TOP 5 www.betjm.com

I have been wagering here for a long time and have never had a problem. They run a fair book that actually still talks to their customers.
