Yeah but when your arms fall asleep at the couch , its tough to function with dead arms, I may give it another shot , I need a boost..

Uncle do you really take it?? I took the powder and it made my arms numb...Damn I didn`t know you took Creatine ....I may give it another shot....

I took creatine for 3 months but didn't see any improvements in my memory. I will start back taking it.

I was afraid of it having long term side effects.

I tried it a few years ago & didn't notice any improvement, but it sure as hell helped me lose a few pounds. Your body can't absorb calories when whatever you eat is only in you 5 minutes.

it clearly worked for me the first time, second time i tried powder form and my hands and arms just got numb, so I discontinued.....
