There have been a lot of posts over the fact that Scotty left Royal. But I have to say, that from my recent experience with Royal, their cs is still first class. Royal was offering a bonus with a combination of cash and match play. I made a deposit, but since it was also Tuesday, when my deposit came in, they immediately gave me a 15% cash bonus. SO when I called asking to get the combination of match play, and cash, instead of the straight 15% cash, they let me keep the cash, and gave me the match play, so I ended up coming out further ahead. Then I had a slight problem this morning. ANd they immediately took care of it.
Eventhough I've played with Royal for six months, I never really knew the people who have since left. But I defintely like the people who are currently there. Just my 2 cents worth
